How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 10-14 days before your party date to ensure delivery. If you need it sooner, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Express options may be available depending on your location.

Do you deliver across Australia?

Yes! We deliver Australia-wide including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and regional areas. Delivery is a flat rate and your box arrives beautifully packaged and ready to celebrate.

How many kids does this party box suit?

Our Party Boxes are designed for up to 10 children . If your guest list is larger, contact us about custom orders — we love helping you scale up for bigger celebrations.

Can I customise the box for my child?
